Process Serving

Avoiding Service

MCI's team of process servers are experienced at using creative methods to lawfully serve individuals who try to avoid service. MCI will always carry out research to ensure that attendances to effect service are carried out at optimum times to ensure the clients money is not wasted by long periods of waiting.

High Profile People

Sometimes it is necessary to serve high profile people who, by nature of their status, are difficult to obtain access to. MCI, working with the client, can plan a strategy to ensure a successful service of the process is achieved.

Supporting Documentation

The experience at MCI will provide the appropriate supporting documentation in line with the Wolfe Reforms. In complex cases, affidavit or statements of service are drafted for the clients approval. MCI can also assist in arranging for substituted service and all our process servers carry appointment letters at all times.
